By logging on to our gaming servers and forums, you have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions. Those who violate our rules for the first time will be kicked off the server as a warning. Repeat violators will be permanently banned. Anyone harassing anyone in any way or form will be banned. In this way our server will continue to be a friendly to all gamers. Good hunting!
ALL PLAYERS SHALL PLAY HONORABLY.Do not spoil the fun of the game for other players with any disruptive behavior. Respect all other players on the server.
DO NOT ACCUSE OTHERSeven if you suspect them of cheating or playing unfairly. Use our forums to submit any relevant data to the server admin’s and they will look into the situation. Accusing others only serves to ruin the game play and interrupt others who just want to have a good time.
DO NOT COMPLAIN on the server when sometimes things are not fair. You may have to fight a team that's better than you, but complaining about it only serves to cause resentment among others. Those who complain continuously will be asked to stop and subsequently kicked and/or banned for non-compliance. Enjoy the game and don't let silly things bother you!
NO CHEATING, HACKINGor use of any game modifications that will give an unfair advantage of any kind will be tolerated. Random screen shots may be taken by the game server administrators as evidence of hacking.
NO TEAM KILLING/WOUNDING(intentionally wounding or trying to kill members of ones own team when Friendly Fire is on.) If you accidentally or unintentionally shoot a member of your team, you should apologize to that player and watch your aim. Repeated intentional team killing or wounding will result in a permanent ban from our servers.
NO CRUDE OR VULGAR LANGUAGEwill be tolerated on this game server (that also includes our website) If you are caught being gratuitously offensive or abusive to other players, our admin’s will ban you from the server. People play the game for fun; players do not expect to receive abuse. We have a zero tolerance policy - if you act anti-socially then expect to be dealt with accordingly.
THE SHOUT BOXis there for quick messages not essays! If the message take more than 3 lines it will automatically be deleted, keep it short and sweet. No Swearing or slagging off at any time the public can see this lets keep it clean please. If you feel like a rant then open a thread in the forums!
NO OFFENSIVE COMMENTS. on the servers or website. This includes strong language, racial, religious, sexist, gender, ageism etc.We have people from all backgrounds, all walks of life & nationalities. Use discretion as necessary however, we regard this form of commentary to be frowned upon and action may be taken.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER NAMES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. If you are caught using an offensive name on the server you will be asked to change it. If you fail to change it in a timely manner, an admin will change it for you. Changing your name back will get you banned from our server. Offensive names will not be tolerated.
THERE IS NO CLAN ADVERTISING OR RECRUITING.No one is allowed to recruit or advertise another clan on our server. Doing so will result in an Instant Ban.
RESPECT THE ADMINSand comply with all of their requests. Ignoring or taunting the admin’s is a very good way to get kicked or banned. Our admin’s are real people and have their limits. Admin also like to have fun and don’t really like baby sitting when they are playing. If you feel you are being treated improperly by an admin, contact us using our Forums.
SERVER ADMINS.are trusted positions of authority. Abuse of powers will result in warnings and/or revocation of said rights.Disrespect to admin and/or game admin requests will result in consequences. All admin and/or game admin requests will be made in a courteous and respectful manner. Consequences either side of the complaint may result.
CLAN MEMBERS must wear their "NATO" tags, whilst playing on our server at all times. General rule is the "NATO" portion must always be present. Also when playing on our server, members must be connected to Teamspeak.
NON MEMBERS WHO WEAR OUR TAGSare subject to an Instant Ban, there are 0 exceptions.
30 DAY RULEshall be applied to all members who show no activity during that period on Games Server or Website, will have their status set to M.I.A (Missing in action) and must request a reinstatement when returning. After 30 more days ie. 60 days they will have their membership cancelled. Only those with permission from the Adminstrators will have the rule extended.
PROMOTION through the ranks shall be determined by the Clan Leader & Chief Officer, this is subject to the members participation on the website and performance on the games server. Demotion for those who fail to support the clan such as planned events, i.e. matches, any misconduct, failure to comply with rules etc. Please Note Officers can be expected not only to lose their rank but their status too.
WHEN POSTING IN NATO FORUM
1. Ensure your topic or new thread has not been discussed or opened elsewhere 2. Ensure your new thread is created in its proper place, if unsure ask 3. Do Not Place Clan Sensitive Data or Clan Related Threads into the Public Viewing Area 4. Do Not Post Member Specific Discussions Related to Any Member into the Public Forum Area 5. Ensure the correct information such as time and date is posted when creating threads related to meetings, matches, training etc. 6. Do not whinge or whine in the public area save this for teamspeak or pm an admin to complain 7. Use of Foul Language or Race Related Discussions will not be tolerated with punishment given to offenders which could result in a permanent ban from Nato Warriors. 8. Always Remember to Post Threads and Topics as you would like to see and read them.
DISCIPLINE is maintained by the Clan Leader, Chief Officer and Officers. However the final joint decision to discipline a member is made by the Clan Leader & Chief Officer.
